わらび餅の作り方[VD#47]

今週はわらび餅の作り方です!

動画で紹介する必要があるのかってくらいに簡単です。笑

わらび餅粉も簡単に手に入りますので作ってみてくださいね〜!

Japanese summer dessert;)

 

INGREDIENTS: makes 5

100g warabi mochi powder
80g sweetener
400g water

40g kinako powder
1 tbsp sweetener

INSTRUCTION:

1. Put warabi mochi powder, sweetener and water into a pot. Heat it on low until it is clear.
2. Leave it until it cools down.
3. Mix kinako powder and sweetener then cut the warabimochi and coat with kinako.
