Oat Meal in 3 Minutes[VD#44]

忙しいとほんとこういうすぐにできる朝ご飯は助かりますね。笑

This menu is what I really eat at home ;)

INGREDIENTS: makes 1 serving

80g oats
200g soy milk
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp goji berries
1 banana

INSTRUCTION

1. Put oats and soy milk into a pan and bring to a boil on low heat.
2. Add cacao nibs, goji berries and banana on top.
