Coconut Panna Cotta [VD#40]

super easy vegan panna cotta recipe;)

ココナッツミルクで作るパンナコッタのレシピです。

寒天を入れる量を微妙に調整することで、ゼラチンに近いプルプルの食感が生み出せます。

コツをつかむまでは何回か作ってみてくださいね(^^)

 

 


 

Ingredients:

for the panna cotta:

400g coconut milk

200g soy milk

60g maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp agar powder
for the tuile:

10g oil

10g water

20g cane sugar

10g pastry flour

10g almonds

 

strawberries for garnish

 

Instruction:

1. Mix all the ingredients of panna cotta, gently heat it until it boils.

2. Pour the mixture into cups and let it cool down,

3. Mix all the ingredients of tuile and spread onto baking sheet.

4. Bake at 350F / 180C degreee for 10 minutes

5. Garnish panna cotta with tuile and strawberry
